Turn your awareness inwards and join this yoga morning class – open to everyone, whether you are new to yoga or experienced. Focus is on activating your body and mind through breathing and exercises standing up. All you need is a big towel, blanket or mat. By combining breathing and exercise you will be able to reset your mind and start your day energised. Depending on the weather, the session will either be held outdoors by the lake or in a gym.
