Abstract

The publishing world has been and continues to change. There are more and more journals, some of them purely predatory. The career pressure to publish in 'high impact' journals is greater than ever. The cost of publications keeps increasing. Reviewers become overwhelmed and both authors and reviewers are utilizing AI. As scientists publish we must – how do we adapt to this changing world of publishing?
